What We Do
GEM (Gender Equity Movement) focuses on shedding light on gender inequity and socioeconomic issues. Not only do we discuss topics scarcely talked about, but we also hold fundraisers and events to help further progress the mission of gender equity across the globe. It is our goal to help empower the next generation of leaders and help create a more just and equitable world.

The GEM Youth is hosting an open panel event on Dec 11th featuring local educators, activists, and legislators discussing how recent social and political events impact equity, gender rights, and inclusion. Open to students, educators, and community members—come and ask questions, we want to hear from you!
Confirmed speakers include State Representative Arena-DeRosa, DEI director at Boston Child Student Center Pam Buck, local MetroWest activist Asima Silva, and former USAID program implementer Kim Stover.
